There are 12 different muscles that control our eye movements (6 for each eye)  They need to coordinate with the muscles that control our eye focusing at different distances.  If they don’t, we’ll experience things like:

  • headaches
  • eye strain
  • poor reading skills and comprehension
  • double vision
