Over the past few weeks we have been providing urgent care with either telemedicine or on site patient visits.

Per Governor Reynolds guidelines, we started seeing patients for routine eye care visits on Monday, May 4 with these safety protocols in place:

  • Reduced capacity – we are scheduling patients 30 minutes apart
  • Masks – both patients and our staff will wear masks during all encounters
  • More aggressive disinfection procedures in all areas of the office
  • Doors are locked – we will let patients in the front door when they arrive as long as we can maintain social distancing in the building
  • Safe product delivery – we’ll continue to offer free shipping & curbside pickup of all products
  • Safe repairs/adjustments – we ask that you call ahead to get your glasses repaired or adjusted so we can schedule your visit to maintain social distancing with other patients.

We are thrilled to be able to serve you again, even though it’s not like it used to be. Please bear with us as we navigate these uncharted waters together. And remember that our primary concern is the safety of our patients and our staff.
