Sports Vision


Sports Vision training works on improving the visual abilities of an athlete that are necessary for excellence in sports. Visual performance includes: dynamic visual acuity, visual tracking, eye hand coordination, visualization, peripheral vision, reaction time and depth perception. The stamina, flexibility and fine tuning of the visual system can provide an athlete with the split second timing needed to excel at sports.
