    Riley F. Uglum O.D.

    Dr. Riley Uglum is a life-long resident of the New Hampton area and has been in private practice here since 1976. He received his degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago and is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, the Iowa Optometric Association, the Ocular Nutrition Society, the AOA Contact Lens Section and is listed in the Guide To America's Top Optometrists. Dr Uglum is CEO of Promethean Ventures, a coaching company that provides strategic financial solutions for private practice optometrists. And he is the executive director of the National Wellness Alliance, a firm which enables private practice doctors to grow their businesses by providing high tech anti-aging services to their patients.

    Dr. Uglum practices general optometry with an emphasis on glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye, computer vision syndrome and postoperative surgical care for cataract and LASIK patients. He also specializes in preventative eye care using the latest anti-aging technologies.

    When he's not seeing patients, Dr. Uglum enjoys traveling, playing golf, snow skiing, aviation and spending time with his family which has now expanded to include six grandchildren. He also speaks frequently on behalf of Promethean Ventures and the National Wellness Alliance and has co-authored a book called The E-Myth Optometrist with best selling business author Michael E. Gerber.

    Chris Eiler O.D.

    Dr Eiler specializes in eye disease, multifocal contact lenses, orthokeratology, vision training, sports vision and neurology rehabilitation services. Many of you may already know him as he is a New Hampton native and graduate of NHHS.

    Dr Eiler graduated from Southern College of Optometry in 2001 where he received the Primary Care Award For Clinical Excellence. In 2008 he was named the 'Young OD Of The Year' for the state of Tennessee and in 2012 served as the president of the Tennessee Association Of Optometric Physicians. Dr Eiler launched an optometry practice in Spring Hill, Tennesee in 2007 which became the Vision Source Practice Of The Year in 2009.

    Benjamin L. Mason M.D.

    Benjamin L. Mason, M.D. received his bachelor of sciences degree from theUniversity of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa. He then earned his doctorate of medicine from the University of Iowa College of Medicine. Next, he completed an ophthalmology residency followed by a glaucoma fellowship both at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, Florida.

    Dr. Mason has been in practice at Wolfe Eye Clinic since August 2006 focusing on the treatment of glaucoma and cataract management and surgical intervention. He sees patients in Waterloo, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Grundy Center, New Hampton and West Union. When he is not working, Dr. Mason enjoys spending time with family and friends and participating in athletics and outdoor activities such as biking, skiing, and golf. Dr. Mason is married and has two young daughters.
